A 16-year-old boy from Hyltebruk in Halland will be extradited to Denmark. This is clear since the Supreme Court has decided not to review the extradition decision, reports Hallandsposten.
In Denmark, the teenager is suspected of attempted murder, but his lawyer has argued that the suspicions should be investigated with the boy remaining in Sweden and, among other things, referred to several disabilities in his client as an argument against extradition.
The suspicions concern involvement in an incident where a Swedish man has been detained for possession of two hand grenades.
