Älvdalen municipality is closing its school platform after discovering a serious security risk in the system, reports SVT News Dalarna.
The platform has been closed to protect personal data and avoid risks.
It's about the supplier having had permissions they should not have and therefore accessed data that should not be available, says Älvdalen's municipal director Kristian Koivumäki to SVT.
Orsa and Mora municipalities may also have been affected:
Those municipalities do not use the school system, but we share a data environment, so there has been information available from those municipalities as well.
