Israel's military has found several dead bodies in Gaza, the military writes on Telegram.

According to the Israeli newspaper Haaretz, it is hostages that have been found, but the military states that the bodies have not been identified yet and advises against spreading rumors.

"Currently, the forces are still working in the area and are conducting a process to retrieve and identify the bodies, which will take several hours," the military writes.

An organization representing family members of those taken hostage by Hamas writes in a statement that it is now a fact that Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has abandoned the hostages.

"From tomorrow, the country will shake, we urge the public to prepare themselves," writes the Forum for Hostages and Missing Families in the statement.
