Only Two Female Skiers in Davos – Sundling Drops Out
Jonna Sundling stood as the winner in yesterday's sprint – but it took a toll on her strength and she chooses to skip Sunday's race. Now only two skiers remain in the Swedish women's team in Davos.
The Stars Miss Ski Competitions in Davos
A cold stopped Linn Svahn in Lillehammer. Her replacement Moa Lundgren also fell ill.
Maja Dahlqvist ill - not competing in Lillehammer
Maja Dahlqvist is ill and misses the World Cup competitions this weekend in Lillehammer, according to Swedish media on site. The Swedish cross-country skiing star finished third in the sprint premiere in Ruka last weekend, but has since become ill with a cold.

It looked for a long time like it was about two Norwegians. Then Jonna Sundling and Jessie Diggins took over – before the American won against the Swede after a sprint finish.
Karlsson's new role: "Take out a gold pair with Linn"
Frida Karlsson is skipping the 20 km freestyle event. Instead, she will help to develop perfect skis for the Swedish skiers.
They get to ride the premiere – Ilar just misses out
Last year, cross-country skier Moa Ilar took her first World Championship victory when she was the fastest in the 20 km mass start in Ruka. But when this year's World Cup season kicks off at the same venue, Ilar will be watching from the sidelines.
Poromaa and Halfvarsson ready for the World Cup premiere
William Poromaa and Calle Halfvarsson are included in the team for the World Cup premiere. Thus, the cross-country skiing national team travels to Ruka with all its stars.
Andersson's performance - won big again
Superior on 10 km classic. Even more superior on 10 km freestyle.
They skip the tour – focus on the World Championship
It looks like neither Emma Ribom, Moa Ilar nor Jonna Sundling will participate in the Tour de Ski this winter. In February, the World Championship will be held in Trondheim and the skiers seem to be focusing on peaking in form until then.
