Belgium has got a new coalition government. Nearly eight months after the election last year, five parties have agreed on a joint administration.
Strike stops flights in Belgium
Almost half of all flights to and from Brussels on Monday are cancelled and all departures from Charleroi are stopped from the afternoon. The reason is the national strike in Belgium, which also results in closed schools in the northern part of the country and severe restrictions on train and subway traffic.
