The outside world cannot wait for the result of the American presidential election in November before taking action to stop Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine.
This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyj, who is present in connection with the NATO summit in Washington, on Tuesday evening:
It's time to step out of the shadows and make bold decisions to act, and not wait until November or any other month to take action.
