P3 profile Linnea Wikblad is back for the second time as host of "Musikhjälpen". Her companions in the "cage" will be P3 colleague Assia Dahir and YouTuber Emil Hansius.
It's really an honor, and I'm so flattered that I was even considered for something like this, he says.
Hansius believes that his own experiences as a parent of twins will help him connect to this year's theme, "Everyone has the right to survive their pregnancy".
We had some complications, as can be the case with twin pregnancies. But we got incredibly good help. It's probably what will be most emotional for me, since I know how nervous and scared you are as a parent. We are so lucky here in Sweden, and it's really not the case in other parts of the world, he says.
Before the broadcast in December, Hansius is now trying to prepare himself mentally as well as he can.
I've been warned that it's very tough mentally and emotionally. And it'll probably be tough for me to sit stuck in that cage for so long, I have so much energy in my legs. I'll have to have a treadmill in there!
"Musikhjälpen" will be broadcast on December 9-15 from Stora torget in Sundsvall. The broadcast is produced by P3 Sveriges Radio, SVT, and Radiohjälpen since 2008. This year's roving reporter is Amie Bramme Sey and the town reporter will be Behrouz Badreh.
