Two men in their 20s jointly subjected a woman to multiple assaults – and filmed parts of it. Now they are sentenced to prison for aggravated rape, reports P4 Kristianstad.
According to Kristianstadsbladet, which refers to information from the police, the two men belong to a criminal network.
It was late at night in April this year that the woman, also in her 20s, was subjected to the assaults. The two men deny the crime and claim that the films show that the woman consented to the sexual intercourse. But the Kristianstad District Court has a different opinion.
The films provide "a clear picture of the defendants seeking to degrade the plaintiff through various insults during the different sexual acts", the court states in its verdict, writes Kristianstadsbladet.
The sentence is imprisonment for five years and six months, respectively, for the men.
