An explosion has occurred at a staircase near Möllevångstorget in central Malmö. There are no reports of injured people.
At least one pane in the door is broken, says Patric Fors, press spokesperson for the police in region South, to TT.
The police received several alarms about the incident at 21.30 on Thursday.
What has exploded is unclear. The National Bomb Protection was called to investigate the site, which was cordoned off.
The Bomb Protection could later confirm that there was nothing left that is hazardous. The cordons are still in place until the police's technicians have completed their investigations, writes Sydsvenskan.
