Two women have been killed in a knife attack in the Czech Republic.
The suspected perpetrator, a 16-year-old, was arrested a few kilometers from the scene shortly after the attack. A knife was found nearby.
The motive for the deed is not known.
Initially, the police reported that the women, who were attacked in a store in a shopping center in the city of Hradec Králové, were injured. Later, it was announced that both had been killed.
According to the police, the situation is under control and there is no danger to the public.
