The former football pros Lisa Dahlkvist and Mikael Lustig are competing in the next season of "Superstars".
They will be joined by hockey player Joel Lundqvist, biathlete Mona Brorsson, extreme skier Sverre Liliequist, and track and field star Maria Akraka.
"For my part, it's really tough to know what shape I'm in since I've been out of form, but I'll do everything in my power to find a way to win, even though I see the other participants as favorites", says Mikael Lustig in a press release.
As usual, the program is hosted by Jessica Almenäs. Season nine of "Superstars" will be broadcast on Kanal 5 and the streaming service Max in 2025.
