The Government is convening its crisis group, GSS (The Group for Strategic Coordination), due to the mpox case in Sweden, according to Svenska Dagbladet.
GSS, which previously had a central function during the coronavirus pandemic, is to be convened under the leadership of the Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson's (The Moderate Party) state secretary Johan Stuart, writes SvD.
GSS is a group consisting mainly of state secretaries from different ministries.
