A boy in the age of five died during the morning after a drowning accident in a villa pool in Boden.
The alarm came in at 21.30 on Tuesday evening and the extent of the damage was initially unknown, but at five o'clock on Wednesday morning, the police received the message that the child's life could not be saved.
It is an incredibly tragic event and we do not have any suspicion of crime, but we will investigate how the accident occurred, says Emelie Danielsson, commander at police region Nord.
