Tesla was rejected all the way up to the Supreme Court. But the electric car giant is not giving up. Now the company wants the Administrative Court in Karlstad to force the Transport Agency to hand over the registration plates to Tesla, writes the newspaper Dagens Arbete.
The background is that the trade unions have imposed a blockade on the postal companies that send out the plates to the American electric car company.
One legal track that ends with the Supreme Court rejected all of Tesla's appeals. So the company is now choosing to go through the administrative courts.
The primary conflict between IF Metall and Tesla has been ongoing since October 2023. The trade union is demanding that the company signs a collective agreement.
