A man is being prosecuted for having had over 300 child pornographic films and 85 images on the computer, writes NWT.
292 films and 29 images are considered as "particularly ruthless abuse material".
During the year 2023 and 2024, the man, who then lived in western Värmland, shared files with child pornography. According to NWT, it was NCME, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, that became aware of it and sounded the alarm.
Now the man is being prosecuted for gross child pornography offense. He admits to the crime of normal degree but denies that he had the amount of material that the prosecution concerns.
