One of the two teenage boys who were shot in Fruängen in southern Stockholm on Sunday has died. The boy passed away on Wednesday.
"I have now requested that the detained person, also a teenage boy, be remanded in custody on probable cause suspected of murder and attempted murder," says prosecutor Ingrid Viklund in a press release.
The condition of the other boy who was hit is assessed as stable.
The remand hearing will be held on Thursday at 9:15 am.
The shooting occurred outdoors near a square at around 9 pm on Sunday. The suspected teenage boy was arrested during the night leading up to Monday.
Several people witnessed the incident. One witness told Aftonbladet how several shots were heard and how people began to run from the scene.
