A man or boy aged 15-19 has been attacked on a tube carriage in central Stockholm with a knife-like object. The alarm was raised at 11.19.
The person was treated for their injuries on the platform at Slussen before being taken to hospital. According to the police, the extent of the injuries is unclear, but the victim was able to speak before being taken away.
The carriage has been taken out of service so we can conduct a technical investigation. We have also searched for the perpetrator in various ways, including by reviewing CCTV footage, says the police's press spokesperson Carina Skagerlind at 13.30.
