Kristersson Responds to SVT's Questions on Landerholm Trial with Irritation

I obviously do not intend to comment on anything related to the trial.

That was heard several times from Kristersson when the host Tomas Nordenskiöld tried to ask about the picture that Landerholm, prosecuted for negligence with secret information, gave in court of the security council's organization. He has described it as if he received insufficient support.

Kristersson maintained that it was wise and entirely right to establish a national security council with a national security adviser, but did not want to comment on what responsibility he has for what has happened.

You are now fishing for what happens in an ongoing trial. I do not intend to comment on it with a single word. Had I done so, it would have been a scandal.

In response to a follow-up question, he says:

You know and knew before this program that you will not get any answers about an ongoing trial.

According to SVT's information, the security council has created divisions within the government offices. But that picture is not correct, according to the prime minister.

In response to a question about it being perceived as "messy" regarding foreign policy and that the Tidö parties, particularly the Sweden Democrats, have been in disagreement on important foreign policy issues, Kristersson puts his foot down and emphasizes that the Sweden Democrats do not have influence over foreign affairs.

You are painting a picture that you take for granted and accusing me of. It is an incorrect picture. We are united.
