The stronger housing market is giving a significant boost to the housing site Hemnet.
Revenues for the fourth quarter increased by 32 percent to 364 million kronor compared to the same quarter in 2023. Operating profit increased by 26 percent to 154 million kronor.
For the full year, growth was even stronger, which is why the board is proposing that the dividend to shareholders be increased by 42 percent to 1.70 kronor per share.
