The Spanish star Rodri was involved in winning the European Championship after a 2–1 victory in the final against England – and was also named the championship's best player.
In the celebration that followed at home in Madrid, the star took the tone, and sang together with supporters "Gibraltar is Spanish".
Now, the Gibraltar Football Association is reporting the 28-year-old to Uefa for the "extremely provocative and offensive" chants.
Gibraltar, on the southern tip of Spain, has been a British territory for over 300 years, with a population of around 35,000 people. Spain has long demanded to get back Gibraltar.
