The police received an alarm about a man who was acting threateningly and affected and who had sat down in a car and driven away. When the police caught sight of the man, they initiated a pursuit.
The man drove down into a ditch – and when the patrol approached, the man managed to jump into a police car and drove from the scene, whereupon a new chase of the man began.
The chase was interrupted on E20 and the man was arrested in the car.
He is suspected of gross sabotage against emergency services, attempt at gross violence against a public official, drug-related drunk driving, gross negligence in traffic, gross unauthorized driving and theft of a vehicle on two occasions.
