After a few turbulent years, they began their first of two concerts in Gothenburg with the 70's classic "If you want blood (you've got it)" – and followed up with "Back in black", one of the band's biggest hits. And after that introduction, a long line of audience favorites followed, such as "Thunderstruck" and "Hells bells".

Since their last concert at Ullevi in 2009, the band's rhythm guitarist Malcolm Young has passed away, the singer Brian Johnson has gotten hearing problems and been replaced at times, the bassist Cliff Williams has retired, and the former drummer Phil Rudd has been sentenced to house arrest.

But the fans remain loyal to the band, and a total of 64,015 fans came to Ullevi on Monday, according to GP, where the 70-year-old Angus Young wore a blue school uniform with a yellow cap for the day, while Brian Johnson stuck to his usual gray cap.

On Friday, AC/DC will perform their second concert at Ullevi this time.
