Phil Foden has flown back to Germany after a lightning visit to England and rejoined the team. This is reported by several British media outlets, including BBC and The Telegraph.
The 24-year-old is reported to have participated in Friday morning's training and will be an alternative for the starting eleven in Sunday's round of 16 match between England and Slovakia.
It was on Wednesday that the English Football Association announced that Foden was traveling home to England for private reasons.
Several British media outlets were then able to report that it was about the winger attending the birth of his third child.
Now Foden is said to have had a son with his partner Rebecca Cooke.
Phil Foden has started in all of England's European Championship matches so far.
