The healthcare service 1177 has had problems this morning. Many users have been unable to log in to the service, where you can, among other things, book healthcare appointments and manage medication prescriptions.
By lunchtime, the problem is reported to be resolved. It is still unknown what caused the disruption.
We are now awaiting the incident report to see what it was, says Annicka Troedsson at Inera, the company behind 1177.
