At least 124 people have died so far this year after drinking toxic homemade spirits in Ankara and Istanbul in Turkey, reports the news agency Anadolu.
Meanwhile, dozens of people are receiving intensive care.
Over 50 of the deaths have occurred in the capital Ankara, where 40 people are also fighting for their lives in hospital. From Istanbul, 70 deaths are reported.
