At least four people have been killed in a Russian attack on a residential area in Ukraine's second-largest city, Kharkiv, on Tuesday night, according to Mayor Ihor Terechov.
Two residential buildings have been destroyed and around 20 people have been injured in the attack.
The capital city of Kyiv was also attacked during the night, according to the city's military leadership. Two people were injured when a downed drone crashed into a residential building that caught fire.
Kharkiv, located about three miles from the Russian border, has, like Kyiv, been subjected to repeated Russian air raids during the full-scale Russian war of aggression.
Earlier on Monday, at least six people were injured in central parts of Kharkiv when Derzhprom, a culturally listed modernist office complex from the Soviet era, was hit in a Russian attack.
