Multiple deaths in Russian attack on Kharkiv
At least four people have been killed in a Russian attack on a residential area in Ukraine's second-largest city, Kharkiv, on Tuesday night, according to Mayor Ihor Terechov. Two residential buildings have been destroyed and around 20 people have been injured in the attack.
