Earlier in the night, Ukrainian public broadcaster Suspilne reported explosions in Kyiv. According to the city’s military administration, a medical facility and a restaurant were damaged in Russian attacks overnight.
In Kharkiv, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said the central parts of the city had been hit, but it was unclear what damage had occurred.
