A man has been injured in an explosion at a villa in Malmö.

The alarm came in at around 3 am, Monday morning. Several people were in the residence at the time.

A man is injured. There were several people in the house. At present, we cannot say how many there were, says police spokesperson Sara Andersson.

The police have initiated an investigation into attempted murder and cordoned off the area for a technical examination. As of Monday morning, there is still no suspect.

We are still on site this morning. We have technicians on site and are working on gathering information. As far as I know, the injured person has not been questioned by the police yet, says Andersson.
