A 23-year-old man armed with a pistol shot into three apartments in Malmö last December. Now, the 23-year-old is sentenced to 16 years in prison for attempted murder, writes Sydsvenskan.

In one of the row houses that was shot at with five bullets, a mother and her son were present, but they escaped unharmed. In the second row house that was shot at, four people were present, and they also avoided injury. A man was, however, hit in the arm when the perpetrator shot three bullets through the window of his apartment.

The 23-year-old denies the crime and claims that he does not remember what he did on the relevant days.
