A 50-year-old man is being prosecuted at Varberg District Court for sexual offenses against five girls, all of whom were between 10 and 15 years old when the crimes were committed.
According to the prosecutor, the man, among other things, got the girls to perform sexual acts on themselves and then send him pictures of this.
The prosecution includes, among other things, two cases of child rape, several cases of gross exploitation of children for sexual posing, and several cases of sexual harassment of children.
The man is also being prosecuted for child pornography offenses. According to the prosecution, he had over 700 data files containing child pornography. 95 of these are believed to contain images from particularly ruthless assaults.
The man was arrested in November last year.
