The 27-year-old is detained on probable cause.

Right now, the police are working quite broadly. They have heard a large number of people and continue to hold interrogations, says Beyer.
The incident occurred at a restaurant in the area at around 23:00 on Saturday. Several people were in the premises, and the man was shot to death with multiple shots.
