There is a boat of about 25 meters that lies on the bottom at its berth. Only the cabin is above the surface, says Johan Karlsson, alarm and control operator at the rescue service, to TT.

Now we are here to investigate if there is any leakage from the boat, he continues.

According to Göteborgs-Posten, which was the first to report the news, the rescue service was alerted just before 07.

No people are said to have been on board. Why it has sunk is still unclear.

There may be many different explanations, but at present we do not know, says Johan Karlsson.
