Gunilla Persson wins a Rockbjörn for the breakthrough of the year after her participation in this year's Melodifestival. The Hollywood lady receives the prize on Wednesday evening at Gröna Lund, at a gala arranged by Aftonbladet.

Thank you so very much, I'm completely overwhelmed. Look what a sweet little bear!, she says according to the newspaper.

Gunilla Persson debuted as an artist at the age of 65 in February, when she sang "I won't shake (La la Gunilla)" in Melodifestivalen's qualifying round in Växjö. She advanced to the semifinal but missed the final.

Since then, the Hollywood lady has teamed up with producer Rasmus Gozzi and released several singles. She has, among other things, performed on "Allsång på Skansen" during the summer.
