A tenant in central Stockholm caused damage worth 1.2 million kronor in November 2022 when he grilled lamb testicles in his apartment.
The tenant placed an electric grill on the stove in the kitchen but then left the food and grill unattended, and it started to burn, according to Hem & hyra.
