An older man has been taken to hospital after an alarm about drowning in Uddevalla. According to Susanne Johansson, official on duty at Västra Götalandsregionen, the man is seriously injured.
We were alerted that a man had been found in the water at a beach in Uddevalla, says Andreas Elfström, duty officer at the rescue service Fyrbodal, to TT.
The alarm came at 15.30 on Wednesday afternoon. The man was pulled out of the water by people on the spot.
