A middle-aged man is suspected of having flown with a drone near Kiruna church's original location in the town. The flight was discovered when an ambulance helicopter was to land at Kiruna hospital, which could have caused a dangerous situation, reports P4 Norrbotten.
The man is suspected of a crime against the aviation law and negligence in air traffic. It is said to have occurred on Tuesday morning, during the first moving day for Kiruna church.
During the move, the police and the Transport Agency have created an extended restriction area for aviation, including drones, in Kiruna.
