Very sensitive information about a hundred municipality residents in Nybro has been leaked when a municipally employed person forgot a bag on a train, reports P4 Kalmar.

Information of this kind should be handled digitally according to the routines and the municipality assesses the risk of serious damage as high.

One should not print out documents in this way. We view this very seriously, says Bernhard Neuman, administrative manager at the municipal board administration, to P4 Kalmar.

The municipality has contacted those known to have been affected by the leak. The bag has not been found.

We have had employees who have sat and called every train station and every police station along the entire route, says Bernhard Neuman to the radio.
