A female economist at the Employment Service who has not been seen at her workplace for 19 years has been fired, reports Expressen.

The woman was on sick leave between 2005 and 2010. After that, she has been on unpaid leave until June 1st this year.

During the summer, she was absent from work without valid reasons. In August, the decision was made to fire the woman, who had been difficult to reach for the employer.
