The Russian general consul confirms, according to the news agency Reuters, an explosion within the consulate's area.
About 30 firefighters and police officers are reportedly on site, according to French BFMTV. According to the information, it is about Molotov cocktails that have been thrown into the area. No personal injuries have been reported.
