It's about a concrete event where there were far-advanced murder plans, says prosecutor Anna Andersson to Nya Wermlands-Tidningen.

Who was to be murdered is unknown.

On Tuesday, four young men were charged with, among other things, conspiracy to commit aggravated arson, conspiracy to murder, aggravated weapons offenses, obstruction of justice, and involving a minor in criminal activity.

They allegedly tried to recruit four children, including the youngest, who was 11 years old. One of the defendants, a 20-year-old man, allegedly hired the 11-year-old in August last year to commit a murder.

"XX has, for a crime or criminal activity, hired, instructed, and exerted pressure to commit a crime and thereby, or in a similar manner, involved NN4, 11 years old, in the criminal activity. This by recruiting, planning, instructing, and promising payment for the upcoming murder where NN4 would be the perpetrator", writes Anna Andersson in the indictment.

Another of the defendants allegedly promised the 11-year-old 150,000 kronor for the murder.
