The Euro Hockey Tour kicked off in Kloten, Switzerland. Then it was a direct win for the Damkronorna.
Against Switzerland, it was a 4–1 victory.
The Damkronorna took command and scored early, 1–0, through Thea Johansson. Before the first period was over, Maja Nylén Persson had managed to make it 2–0. Hilda Svensson extended the lead in the second period before Switzerland later reduced the score.
In the final stage, Elin Svensson sealed the final result, 4–1, with a goal in numerical superiority.
The next match is played on Friday against Finland.
