A former employee at a residential facility in Ulricehamn municipality has been convicted of offensive photography and harassment of people with dementia, reports P4 Sjuhärad.
The employee – a 25-year-old man who worked at the facility when the crimes were committed – secretly photographed half-naked users when they were on the toilet or in bed.
In total, nine people were photographed without permission. The man has been sentenced to day fines and will also have to pay damages.
