A male cyclist in his 60s is being treated in hospital with life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car in Fagersta, according to several media outlets.
The police are investigating the incident as assault and gross negligence in traffic. The man, who was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident, was hit at around 9 am on Thursday morning when the car, driven by a 35-year-old man, turned onto a street from another in central Fagersta.
The police have no information on the condition of the 60-year-old man.
