Three people have been taken to hospital after a bus accident south of Bygdsiljum in Västerbotten, local media report. One of them is said to be seriously injured.
It's a bus driver and three passengers involved. We have received reports that the road is very slippery at the site, says Ulf Gille, alarm operator at Rescue Centre North, to SVT News Västerbotten.
The alarm came just before 9 am on Monday morning. According to SOS Alarm, the bus overturned and landed across a ditch.
One person was taken to hospital by ambulance helicopter with severe injuries, while the other two were transported by road ambulance. All those involved are said to have been awake and able to talk.
During the rescue operation, there was a complete stop in traffic on the road section.
