In the spring, it was revealed that the company had falsified its invoices to Region Skåne. The information emerged after whistleblowers at Bravida sounded the alarm.

The three accused executives are suspected of having overbilled the region by approximately two million kronor during the period 2021 to 2023, according to SVT Skåne.

Last summer, P4 Malmöhus revealed that the company had also overbilled Malmö City and had to pay back 900,000 kronor.

It must be seen as particularly serious that the fraud is directed against the public sector, it concerns our common tax money, says Lars Olson, chief prosecutor and lead investigator at the economic crime authority in Malmö, to SVT.
