The number of company bankruptcies increased by six percent during the month of December, compared to the same period the previous year.
This is shown by new figures from the business and credit information company UC. The increase comes after a couple of months with decreases, notes UC.
Primarily, it concerns the hotel and restaurant industry, where the increase in bankruptcies was 62 percent.
