The police and the Defence Forces are conducting a joint planned exercise with helicopters on Wednesday. Helicopters from the two authorities will be visible together in the Stockholm area.

The police regularly conduct exercises with other authorities to increase the ability to protect society, says Anna Westberg, press spokesperson for the Stockholm police region.

The exercise is planned to start at around 1 pm and will last for about one to two hours. For those who see a helicopter in the sky, it's business as usual.

You don't need to take any special action, they will be in the air so you can act as usual, says Anna Westberg.

It's okay to take photos if you want to, it's not prohibited.

According to the police, the exercise will not be visible in any other way than the helicopters.
