Fresh Olympic bronze medalist Jenny Rissveds won Cykelvasan in a time of 3.06.42.
The 30-year-old crossed the finish line over five minutes ahead of second-place Lejla Njemcevic from Bosnia-Herzegovina.
It feels pretty good, actually. A bit tired in the legs at the end, but it was very, very fun. After the hills, I took off and after that, it was really fun, it was up and down all the time, a lot of sand and wet, says Rissveds to SVT.
I had no idea how a race like this would turn out, the last time I rode was nine years ago.
Rissveds recently became an Olympic medalist for the second time when she took bronze in mountain biking in Paris.
I've taken it very easy after the Olympic Games, I've cycled three times, I think, and apart from that, I've just slept as long as I wanted in the mornings. From next week, it'll be more structured training ahead of the World Championship, says Rissveds.
The World Championship will take place in Andorra at the end of the month.
