That they are now being released may mean that they will be acquitted of the murder charges.
A man in his 30s was shot dead by multiple shots in his car with a child in the back seat. The child did not sustain any physical injuries during the shooting.
According to prosecutor Elena Severin, it was only coincidences that prevented the child from being hit. Three of the bullets passed close to the child, one of them hit the lock, which prevented it from penetrating the car door next to which the child was sitting.
One of the men is charged with murder and attempted murder of the child. The other man was charged, among other things, with accessory to murder.
